Refund policy

Customer Service is very important to us and we want your shopping experience with us to be a happy one. Should any items received be damaged in transit or you have any order discrepancies, you have 48 hours upon receipt of the goods to notify us. After this we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
Any items that are returned must be done so within 91 days in their original condition. If not, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
Unsuitable goods can only be returned if they have not been used or tested (for hygiene & Safety reason)

How to return an item:

Please send an e-mail describing why you wish to return the item(s), and the condition of the product(s). Please include your original order number. We will respond with additional return and shipping instructions. Returns received without prior agreement will not be accepted. Please allow us 48 hours to respond to your return request.

Returns sent by post are at your own cost. Make sure you obtain a free stamped Proof of Postage from the Post Office as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.

If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, broken or incorrect item then please contact us and we will arrange a return for free.

Refund:

Your refund will normally be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return but it may take slightly longer to appear on your bank statement. We will refund the cost of the item, but not the postage costs or delivery charges
